If we are unable to supply any item, then a carefully selected alternative may be sent.  If this alternative does not give full satisfaction then the price of that item will be refunded.

There are two primary methods of payment for goods ordered:-

If you are ordering outside of the UK, please be aware that your credit card company may charge a currency conversion fee.

Orders placed online can be placed on our Secure Server order form. On this form, contact and order details are transmitted using SSL, the universally recognised security system for transmitting encrypted information over the Internet. 128-bit encryption is used when details are submitted on these secure forms.

Although using the latest encrypted security software, the security of information and payments transmitted via the Internet cannot be guaranteed. Any losses incurred or sustained by users who transmit information by means of e-mail or other Internet link shall be borne solely and exclusively by such user and in no event shall any such losses in whole or part be borne by Sea of Green.

Please note that Internet host IP addresses are recorded for security reasons when placing an order online.

Returns & Exchanges Policy ^Top^

Sea of Green is pleased to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on any item, accompanied by proof of purchase, within 21 days of the original purchase date.  The item must be returned in a re-saleable condition.

Please contact customer services by e-mail on info@seaofgreen.co.uk to obtain a returns number and full instructions.  You are responsible for any returned goods until they reach our warehouse and we recommend that you obtain proof of posting. Returns and exchanges will be processed as soon as possible after arrival. We regret that postage, packing and insurance are direct costs and cannot be refunded.

Goods found to be tampered with by the customer will not be replaced, but will be returned at the customer's expense.

We do not operate a try before you buy policy. If you wish to return goods which are not faulty, we will accept the return providing the goods are in a good clean condition suitable for re-sale in the original packaging and having not been used. These goods can be exchanged for other products, subject to the difference in costs being addressed along with a postage fee, or refunded, less postage and packing. A handling fee of 15% will be made.

Refunds by credit card are made to the same credit card that was used for the purchase.

The above conditions are in addition to your statutory rights which are not affected.

Sea of Green will not tolerate any attempts to obtain goods by fraudulent means. Any fraudulent action will be reported to the relevant authorities.
